The wiki item is Shamrock, singular. Searches use the plural. The Items page links it to Event Shops. I found two sources I can cite, and I am not adding a third.
Spring Portal tier 5’s drop line is Wooden Chest 10 percent, Shamrock 5 percent, Spring Portal T1 50 percent, Spring Portal T2 50 percent, and Flowers ×150. That is a portal tier, not a story stage. Event Shops exchange Flowers26 for Shamrock and list unlimited stock. A legacy event shop used Sunshine. Update 10.0, Freedom's Call Part 1, added Shamrock and Sunshine to the Fall Shop. I do not know if that Fall Shop row is still on the counter after later events.
